Andrew Trimble has been playing pipes for over 20 years. A resident of Colorado for most of his adult life, he started playing under the instruction of Gordon Spears and continued to study under Scott MacAulay and John Cairns. After playing with several local pipe bands, Andy took over as Pipe Major of the Colorado Skye Pipes and Drums in 1999.
